A comment about Balsamic Vinegars ... xoxo. There is a difference between live, living, fermented vinegars that are organic and aged in barrels and the dead pasteurized ones you but in the grocery. There is a dedicated market of family-owned farms and artisans that create beautifully flavored balsamics. It's fun to seek these out and learn about what goes into the process ... xoxo Antonia Blue Star Energy Healer
