Ingredients

1 box fresh blackberries
3 soft dates (pitted)
2 tablespoons honey or agave

Recipe Directions

1. Blend dates into paste. If they are too hard to blend, soak first.

2. Add honey to mixture and continue to blend.

3. Add blackberries and blend to smooth texture.
