1 blood orange, peeled
1 meyer lemon, peeled
1 cup baby arugula
1 cup dandelion or other greens
1 cup water
1 pinch pink himalayan salt
sweetener to taste (agave, etc.)
1 tablespoon hemp oil
Place everything in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. You can add any greens you want, but the arugula is the key. The fruits can also be interchanged, as long as there is some citrus. For sweetener I used vanilla stevia.
