This was mostly an experiment on what to do with the broccoli stems. It came out wonderful so I thought I’d share it with you! I’m not sure if you’ll agree on the name though :)

Blend everything and enjoy! Add more broccoli if you want it to be a thicker consistancey, but over all just play around with it, make it your own!

well, I've never eaten blue cheese soo,, I have no idea if it'll taste like the real thing, but hopefully it tastes good.
What we did was use it for a dipp and sandwich spread(its really good in a sprout sandwich).

not really, but you could try leaving them out and see if it still tastes ok.

wow i think i will try this, mabe today, i love blue cheese. so what would u use this for or on? i wonder if u can make a blue cheese dip yummmmmmmm, thank you
