½ cup raw tocotrienols
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons raw agave nectar

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Adjust them to taste.

well it might be less to be honest i dont tend to use cups much i just guess but definately dont use most of the tub. its a really big tub

i bought mine from detoxyourworld.com and they are sunfood brand which your can buy in america from sunfood.com. They come in a big pot- they are made from raw rice bran and are a source of pure vitamin E great for skin

Are the tocotrienols in a liquid form? I usually see it sold as a powder (it is a form of Vitamin E, by the way, and is often extracted from rice bran).
