LivingRaw's Thoughts
By LivingRaw Cinna-Squish is a cinnamon banana pudding. My 15-year-old daughter made this recipe. She says it tastes like “Cinnabons” to her. I agree!
It is a healthy delicious snack, dessert, or even a quick breakfast.
This is a variation of a childhood favorite of mine (see “Nanners”).
Be sure to use a fork and not a food processor or blender. If you process or blend it, it will be runny like a smoothie and changes the flavor completely. It's not bad but it’s no longer pudding.
Enjoy! :)

Thanks. I was looking for a quick dessert, so I searched around for a recipe of ingredients I had in the kitchen. I added a dash of cayenne and agave and ate them w/ apple slices, delictable! Taste like raw apple pie. Namaste.

Around suppertime I was prepared to just whip up some hummus with some green beans, but I realized that I had forgotten to soak the chickpeas. I had salad for lunch and didn't want another. I had no idea what to make, I was going to settle on just an apple, but I luckily found your quick and easy recipe! The ingredients can all be found in the common cupboard, and it is soooo delicious! Yum, I could have had two more bowls! Easy and delicious recipes like these are true meal-savers.
