YieldServes one adult or two children
2 ripe bananas
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of salt
1. Smash bananas well with a fork.
2. Add the salt, vanilla, and cinnamon to the bananas. Mix well.
3. Pour in a dessert bowl and add another dash of cinnamon on top (Go ahead and go over board. The more the merrier!).

Cinna-Squish is a cinnamon banana pudding. My 15-year-old daughter made this recipe. She says it tastes like “Cinnabons” to her. I agree!
It is a healthy delicious snack, dessert, or even a quick breakfast.
This is a variation of a childhood favorite of mine (see “Nanners”).
Be sure to use a fork and not a food processor or blender. If you process or blend it, it will be runny like a smoothie and changes the flavor completely. It's not bad but it’s no longer pudding.
