Ingredients
½ cup dried hijiki soaked (half for soup half for noodles
1 teaspoon raw maca root powder
4 dandelion leaves
½ bunch of italian parsley
½ medium cucumber
1 handful hemp seeds
1 large clove garlic
1 teaspoon hemp oil
hijiki soaking water
juice of half a lime
Recipe Directions
blend all ingredients, fill a bowl or bowls with left soaked hijiki pour in soup and garnish with micro greens and hemp seeds

I bet it would be great if you marinated the dandelion leaves in the lime juice first, and then just left them floating in the soup. You have truly started my mind a-fluttering on this combo. Thanks!

Neat recipe - did you make that up? I love seaweed and maca and dandelion and hemp, I look forward to the earthy taste of all these together! This sounds yummy for fall. THANK YOU!
