1 cup spelt flour
½ tablespoon cinnamon
¼ cup coconut flakes, (chopped)
¾ cup raisins (chopped)
dash of water
squeeze of agave (to taste)
1. I bought spelt seeds at the healthfood store and ground them up to get spelt flour. I didn’t soak them but I bet you could if you wanted to. The bread turned out fabulous.
2. Chop the raisins and combine all ingredients.
3. Add water as needed to look like a dough.
This looks and taste exactly like cinnamon toast! This was the best breakfast ever.
The cinnamon you can add as much or as less as you like. Depending on your taste.
