Ingredients

3 Beets, Cut off tops-save for other use-peel the beets
4 Carrots, Peel
1 Ginger root, Peel-cut off large piece
4 Oranges, Peel
4 Green apples, Leave peel on-cut up into pieces

Recipe Directions

Push all ingredients through a juicer.

Beautiful juice with beets, carrots, ginger root, oranges and apples. I was craving beets, for some reason, like crazy when I got up this morning and this juice hit the spot.
