Coconut water from one Thai coconut
4 Ripe peaches
Large handful of fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon Flax oil

Recipe Directions

1.) Crack open the young Thai coconut and drain the water out into your blender.

2.) Add sliced peaches, strawberries, and flax oil. WhizzzZZzzzzZZzz.

3.) Enjoy! Become refreshed (:
