I love durian! I love chia seeds! I also love raw cacao! Next time, I'm going to add a little vanilla and cinnamon. This would be excellent with raw cacao, but I don't dare have it in the house (especially with a durian there also) because I'd eat it all in a day.

1. Blend durian with dates and soak water.
2. Stir in chia seeds and let sit at least a couple of hours, stirring occasionally.
