Ingredients
1/3 cup raw almonds (soaked for 8 hours)
1 banana
3 dates (soaked in water or orange juice if they are on the dry side)
1 tablespoon coconut butter (or oil if you can't get raw butter)
Water (as needed)
Recipe Directions
1. Soak almonds overnight.
2. Blend all ingredients together, adding water as necessary. Chill.

Power packed, sweet, creamy pudding.
Great before a workout as it will flood you with energy.
Adapted from a Thrive recipe.
I use the Artisana brand coconut butter.
Can be eaten as is or topped with fresh fruit and/or grawnola.

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm I will use coconut meat over the almonds just to stay away from nuts. Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
