Joined September 13, 2007<p>The day I chose to commit to a high raw food lifestyle was on August 17, 2007. Since then I have experienced incredible health and well-being, including increased energy. This journey I have been on has been quite the experience, with it's many challenges and successes. It's a journey I would never trade-in, since ultimately I feel this was the best thing I ever did for myself, and for my health.</p> <p>Some background on me, I'm 46 years old, living in Gilbert, AZ, with my husband and my teenage son, and are silly cat Samantha. I work for the manufacturer of the number one brand of stevia, and the first GRAS approved stevia sweetener, SweetLeaf Sweetener. In my spare time I am an online raw food entrepreneur, with two published books, Raw-Riffic Food's 101 Super-Charged Juices, Shakes & Smoothies, and Raw-Riffic Food's Raw Food Basics, and a website www.rawrifficfood.com, and several health related blogs.
