Yield
Serves 1-2
Ingredients
Juice of 1-2 Lemons, or however many you like
1 tablespoon Goji Berries, or as much as you like
2 cup Water
1 cup Ice
Recipe Directions
Place the cup of ice in a blender. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and the goji berries. Pour in the water and blend. Makes a great slushy!
OR
You can add all the the ingredients except for the ice and blend. Pour goji lemonade over ice.
You could also add a sweetener such as agave nectar but I love the lemony bitterness.
Kaseylj's Thoughts
By kaseyljRefreshing twist on the traditional lemonade drink. Perfect on a sunny day.

I tried this did you mean 2 cups of water or 1 cup of water, it blended out to juice instead of a slushy. Did I do something wrong perhaps.

Hey, I made some Goji Berry Lemonade before but I made mine different - I didn't think it turned out as great so I never posted the recipe. I soaked my goji's overnight so I had a nice goji soak juice and than blended the whole thing. I made a huge batch for a potluck so I used like a cup of goji's - plus some sweetner.

This is very good for summer. Did you soak berries first? Especially for a regular blendors. Thank you!

Nope I just estimated how much water I had used.. sorry I don't go by strict measurements but I should have probably mentioned that, huh? Next time I'll be sure to approximate closer to what I actually use. :)
I hope you still enjoyed it!
