This smoothie reminds me of a strawberry lemonade and is sooo good! My hubby loves to experiment with what we have available on hand and this is what he came up with one morning. It was a staple of ours everyday for many weeks! Enjoy!!

    Makes between 7 - 8 cups

Recipe Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Adjust ingredients to your liking.

This smoothie is not thick, although you can make it thick by decreasing the amount of water or increasing more of the strawberries or greens. And the color will not be pink but brown. If you want it more on the red/pink side, simply omit the greens.

This smoothie looks nice. I had made a strawberry lemonade smoothie before, I didn't have any greens in it but to make it sweet I juice a few huge sweet apples and a couple dates. I like adding grounded flaxseeds to my drinks. I will try it with the greens.
