I made this inspired by mango lassi. It turns out so delicious and creamy! I supposed it would be delicious over a nut crust. You can top with fresh chopped strawberries and sprinkle cardamom. Yum!

Ingredients
2 large mangoes
1 banana
1/4 to 1/3 cup almond milk
2 to 3 tablespoons soy lecithin
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
2 tablespoons coconut butter
Recipe Directions
1. Put all ingredients in your high speed blender and then put in 6 little glass containers.
2. Put in fridge for 5 hours or overnight.
