Ingredients
1 large Sharon Fruit aka permission (very ripe)
Pinch of salt
Handful of strawberries
Recipe Directions
1. Get the good stuff out of the Sharon fruit. Either mash it up using a fork, or use your hands to squeeze and massage it into a gloopy liquid.
2. Add a bit of salt.
3. Chop up strawberries and mix in. That’s all folks!

Ha ha yup, that would be persimmon not permission!! Here in the UK they're called Sharon Fruit.
