super - duper - man, I will be dunking some granny apple slices in this yummo stuff and I think I'll spread it on a nanner. I wish there were raw graham crackers I could spread it on.

Wow Angie this is so scary I was just saying somthing about almond butter and cinnamon on our post we were doing earlier. HOORAY for SUPERMAN.....

I made this and now I know what to eat my brown bread with! It was so good that I didn't want to wait to make the bread, though, so I mixed some up with water in the blender to make a yummy cinnamon nut milk! Yummy - thanks, Superman!
