Ingredients
.33 cup and one TB olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh or dried oregano
1 teaspoon fresh or dried basil
¾ teaspoon black pepper
¾ teaspoon sea salt
¾ teaspoon onion, minced
¾ teaspoon mustard seed, ground
½ cup and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Recipe Directions
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, pepper, sea salt, onion, and mustard. Pour in the apple cider vinegar, and mix vigorously until well blended. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

By RawVoiceThis is a classic Greek dressing which I adapted from a SAD recipe. It has a winning taste! You can put it on salad or use it as a veggie marinade. It’s even better the next day!

Ooh, yummy :) I'm always on the lookout for new salad dressings, and it sounds like it WOULD be good as a marinade - thanks!

I just tried it and it's awesome! I would say it makes 3-4 servings, though...

Awesome! You can also substitute fresh lemon juice for all or some of the vinegar.
