Ingredients
2 tablespoons raw organic carob powder
1 frozen banana (cut into chunks)
1 cup raw almond milk (or to your taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla or vanilla extract
3 tablespoons whey protein powder
Drizzle of flax seed oil
Dash of Mega Green powder
Dash of Super Seed powder
Recipe Directions
1. Blend everything and enjoy.

I sized this portion to mix in my little Magic Bullet blender.
It really has turned out to be quite useful.
Use any nut, soy, or other milk you prefer. Some folks prefer a bit of water and less milk.
Note that this does contain dairy in the form of whey protein, which is great for maintaining or building muscle, also if you’re consciously losing weight.

I dont think whey protein is raw or really even healthy. Replace it with some hemp protein powder and you are good to go ! :)

Can your Magic Bullet really perform the tasks that the info-mercials claim (i.e. make pestos, smoothies, etc)?

I dont think whey protein is raw or really even healthy. Replace it with some hemp protein powder and you are good to go ! :)
