Recipe Directions
Mince the mushrooms, cilantro, garlic, shallot thinly. Prepare the dressing with the remaining ingredients. Mix everything. Let marinated overnight. Enjoy ! : )
ps: I add the dressing little by little. Sometimes I use it all, often I don’t, play with it.

i LOVE oyster mushrooms, and this 100% raw version looks delicious. i'll be making them soon.
