Ingredients

1 pound Oyster Mushrooms
1 head cilantro
2 teaspoon meyer lemon
6 tablespoon olive oil
2 clove garlic
1 clove shallot

Recipe Directions

Mince the mushrooms, cilantro, garlic, shallot thinly. Prepare the dressing with the remaining ingredients. Mix everything. Let marinated overnight. Enjoy ! : )

ps: I add the dressing little by little. Sometimes I use it all, often I don’t, play with it.
