littlemarie, you are simply BRILLANT!!! This is absolutely delicious, it tastes exactly like SAD sherbert with an amazing mousse-y texture! I let in whirl in my food processor for quite a while (like 5 min), stopping to stir it occasionally. Wonderful! We need a picture, it's a pretty one!
