Anmanoel's Thoughts

I’ve really never liked traditional cream of mushroom soup, but i have to admit it’s pretty damn good when made fresh! :9

What an awesome recipe, although I feel it is missing a little something, maybe next time I will add more seasoning. subbed avacado for the celery and it was so thick and creamy!!

May I just say...you are an absolute genius to put this all together. It is beyond delicious--one of my favorite recipes so far and no doubt my favorite soup/sauce recipe. It's a wonderful and yummy way to get in so many raw veggies that I wouldn't normally be eating--asparagus, celery, tomato... I added the seasoning that you suggested, 4 regular-sized bella mushrooms (instead of 8 baby), half of a large tomato, and a cup of water. It blended beautifully in my vita mix into a thick, creamy, warm paste which I poured on top of some kelp noodles, and it was unbelievable. So flavourful! It tasted like the pasta with the creamy cheese sauce that I used to love...Wow, this certainly does make A LOT! My blender is still full (good, that means that quite a few wonderful dinners are ahead...)! Thank you so much! You just made my day ^^

This soup was savory and creamy. Absolutely perfect! I added a stalk of green onion, and left out the celery and asparagus. *Great* recipe!
