Yield
Serves One unless Mary Comes For Fun
Ingredients
1 Sweet Variety Apple (Medium Size)
1 Ripe Heirloom Tomato
1 Ripe Avocado Yo!
1 Celery Stalk
dash Pink Sea Salt
pinch Fresh Ground Peppercorns
pinch *Optional* Kick of Spice: Cayenne, Chili, Crushed Red Pepper, Jalapeno, Etc.
Recipe Directions
Chop your apple and celery. Cut tomato in half. Remove pit from avocado and scoop out insides – toss all ingredients into your food processor and process until THICK, CHUNKY enough to chew a bit (practice the art of chewing!) and a little CREAMY from the avocado. The tomato will add a watery base and the avocado will make all ingredients unite!!! Add a little fire with a kick of spice (optional).
OR if you’d rather make this into a drink:
All ingredients, minus the avocado and seasonings/spice, can be juiced. Add some ice and a dash of spice!!! Sip slowly with a straw.
ENJOY
TheRawDance's Thoughts
By TheRawDanceMary might even join you for a cup of this kickin’ soup! It also makes a great juice – minus the avocado.
