Maca is a superfood from Peru, it is a radish like root. It comes in a powder form. It has been used for menopause symptoms, stop bone mineral loss and it's great for sexual stamina!! Put this in any smoothie, mix with raw cacao and WOW you will be ready for "ANYTHING"! and I mean ANYTHING!
