This is from Soul Vegetarian’s Cookbook. I love this dressing!! Enjoy with a nice green salad of red head lettuce, avocado, carrot pulp (from the juicer), cucumber, broccoli, tomato, raw pumpkin seeds, fresh pepper and celtic salt! Yummmmm!!! BEWARE of serious garlic breath!!

Ingredients

1 large garlic clove

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

3-4 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon nama shoyu

1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions

Blend.

If the consistency is too watery add more Nutritional Yeast. If it is too oily add more water.

2 questions:

Does anyone know the recipe for "Jerusalem Dressing" or "Vegetable Dressing" that is made by the same folks who came up with this Prince Dressing?

Where can I get a copy of Soul Vegeterian II, I can't locate it anywhere?

flinzz- Where in the world did you aquire this Soul V cookbook?? Soul V was my Friday night hangout when I lived in Atlanta but now that I'm in Florida I miss it so much!! I could die happy with a kalebone sandwich :)
