Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews (soaked for 2 hours)
8 pitted dates (soaked for 15 minutes)
1 cup Thai coconut meat
½ cup Thai coconut water
1½ cups carrot juice
½ cup maple syrup
¾ cup coconut butter
2 tablespoons cinnamon (ground)
1 tablespoon ginger (ground)
Pinch of clove (ground)
Pinch of nutmeg (ground)
Recipe Directions
1. Mix everything together in a high speed blender.
2. Tastes best if allowed to chill for 2-4 hours.
