1 cup radish
3 pinch salt
½ cup olive oil
5 pinch spices
It’s been so long since i made this up and the measurements were inexact to begin with, so experiment with the spicing and the proportions. I think I used a combo of daikon and red radish (for that pinkish orangey color). Basically, You just mix everything in a food processor or blender til it tastes good. I’m pretty sure the spices include paprika a dash oc cayenne and pepper.
Add it to sauerkraut ona raw cracker for a faux reuben!

I must have been in the zone to realized that combining radsih and bana would result in uncannily delicious raw Russian dressing.
