Ingredients
1 cup Sunflower seeds, soak 1-2 hours
½ cup walnuts, soak 1-2 hours
¼ cup pumpkinseeds, soak 1-2 hours
4 half sundried tomatoes, soak 1-2 hours
3 dried apricots
1 tablespoon onion
cumin, coriander, salt, chilli, paprika, garlic - to taste
The above is for the seed/nut bars
1 small or 1/2 big squash
1 tablespoon onion
3 cm. green onion (about 1 tbs)
1 tablespoon limejuice or lemonjuice, or to taste
2 tablespoon olive oil
4 teaspoon tahini
salt, pepper, chilli, paprika, curry - to taste
Recipe Directions
Put all ingredients for the seed ‘n nut bars in a food processor, and process until you’ve got a texture you like. Form into bars or balls, and if you’ve got a dehydrator you can dehydrate them for a couple of hours to warm them, but it’s not a must.
For the sauce, just coarsely chop the squash and put all ingredients in food processor and blend until you’ve got a sauce.
Serve on a bed of lettuce, tomato, paprika and cucumber.
