Ingredients
1 cup coconut water
¼ cup Braggs or Nama Shoyu
¾ cup almond butter
fresh or ginger powder to taste
cayenne to taste
1 boy choy, shredded in the food processor
1 handful zuchinni noodles, made in the spiral slicer
½ cup shredded carrot
½ cup shredded radish
Recipe Directions
Prepare the bok choy,carrot and radish and place into a large bowl.To make the sauce blend the coconut water, Braggs, almond butter, ginger and cayenne in a blender. Pour sauce on the veggie mixture and let marinade for about 1/2 an hour. Place the noodles on a plate and serve the saucy veggies on the noodles. Enjoy!

If you want it to be completely raw than use desired sea salt amount instead of Braggs or Nama Shoyo. Also, if you want it a more spicy you can add thai peppers or habenjero peppers for extreme heat. Great recipe!

Chef - thanks for posting that! I don't used either (nor do i use Cashews, corn, mushrooms, or any soy product - i use Chick Pea Miso instead)... mycotoxins=yuck!

Great Suggestion! I currently stopped using Braggs because it was making feel a little sick to my stomach.
