Ingredients
1 cup mixed bean sprouts
1 roma tomato, chopped
½ cup cucumber, chopped
½ avacado, chopped
lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon dulse flakes
Recipe Directions
Mix all ingredients together in bowl and enjoy! The avacado breaks down when you stir it up and acts as a dressing. You could use sea salt in place of dulse. Adding carrots or peppers gives it a nice twist too! Also, try sweet limes or lemon instead of regular lime.
Mmmorgans's Thoughts

This tastes best eaten outside, in the sun, while sitting on the lawn… A delicious spring or summer treat.
