This looks tasty. I'm going to eat it for lunch tomorrow, just without the cilantro... maybe parsley instead.

I usually don't like raw soups but this one was really fresh and delicious, cilantro gives it a really nice taste!

This was good. I added juice from a whole lemon, dill, and ground black pepper. It was good.

it makes about 4-6 cups.It's usually enough for DH and I to share...unless I am feeling really hungry...
