Dodo's Thoughts
By dodoA simple, powerful, sweet and sour, nut-free salad.
Almost instant!
I just knocked this up and it is very strong so adjust the sweet and sour ingredients a bit if it's too much for you.
I love fast food. ;)
I reckon you could also serve this over cauliflower rice or soaked millet or quinoa. Let me know if anyone tries it!

I wasn't sure about the measurements of the nuts at first, but I have to say this salad is NICE... the whole family ate it up. We were all looking in each others bowl trying to see if each other had anything left. Thanks for this hearty salad. This is great for the winter time coming. We had some quinoa "cooked" on the side oooops oh no dang it I burned it -- on purpose WINK --

Either it doesn't make a lot, or that's a HUGE spoon. Pinky, can you make some and send it over? I don't have all the ingredients.

Thanks Ardesmond2, glad you enjoyed it, as a vegan i replicated dishes, as a gluten intolerant i replicated dishes, and now as a raw vegan i intend to do the same, i like a challange.
MMMmmm...Mr Mickmaster, you should know by now, if you want it, you have to come get it, somethings are worth the effort ;)
