I also do not believe diet means restricting the amount of food we eat, it means identifying "what' we eat. We all have a diet, some of us are just learning to consciously control our diet for better health and well being. </p> <p> </p> <p>My current goal is to eat only raw vegetables and fruits for one month (30) days to cleanse my gut then transition to a sustainable long term life diet - probably paleo (with built in cheat days) although I am still researching possibilities. If anyone reads this and has information, feedback, advice etc. please feel free to tell me.</p> <p> </p> <p>i'm already a spinach lover so hopefully my goal won't be too hard.</p>
