I have 6 children (3 grown and 3 at home) and 11 grandchildren. Since I have been the pioneer (another word for guinea pig) in the family, I have decided to break forth and do the raw thing…slowly moving the family along with me. After 28 days of fasting with fruit and veggie juices, I have lost about 18 to 20 lbs. and my health is returning. We live in the mtns of NC and find the gardening terrific…so fresh fruits and veggies will be great! Looking forward to learning more about this “new life” in food. ShalomKate</p>
