I turned raw 2 yrs ago.

I am into the 24 days “no thought” Challenge.

After realizing I am the breath, i realized what is separating me from the breath, myself, is my thoughts. I experimented on challenging myself to have no thoughts since Jan. 16, 2008. I started
the 2 minutes challenge, 10,30 then 45 minutes.
I felt like i am as aware as nature. The feeling of
I am.

So, my being raw, aligns perfectly with this. My dishes become my self-expression.

Anyone who wants to be part of the challenge just give me a holler at my inbox.

I will share with you all some exotic dishes from Asia. We do not have much organic produce there but i remember people in the country side cannot afford to buy fertilizers and transportation was a bit
backward so it is a hassle to get some in the city.

We live nearby coconut trees, so we ask someone to climb the tall tree, usually male family members to get it for us and we just eat it fresh.

Yummm…

June “as me as you as all life”
www.vegetarianoneness.ning.com
