Ingredients
1 cup Carrot juice, Make with juicer
1 Avacado, ripe and peeled
1 Banana, best if frozen/peeled
2 tablespoon Flax seeds Ground up, Use fresh flax seeds ground up
2 teaspoon Maca, Use Maca powder
5 ounce Baby Spinach, Add a little at a time.
5 ounce Baby Romaine lettuce, Add a little at a time.
1 carrot, USe carrot as a pusher
Recipe Directions
Give that blender a workout.

By leo Put ingredients in blender in the order given. Best served cold..wowie zowie. Blended salads will give you about 95% of total nutrients available. Chewing the same will give you about 27% of available nutrients. Remember, No recipe is written in stone. Adding one more veggie or taking away say the maca or flax seeds will not noticeablly hurt the taste.
