Health 3. Feel better. I just read not to long ago 12 Steps to Raw Foods by Victoria Boutenko, Eating without Heating by Sergei and Valya Boutenko, Living On Live Food by Alissa Cohen and Raw Food by Matthew Kenney and Sarma Melngailis! They are ALL Great books! So far it has been kind of hard cause of my mexican backround, my grandma just doesn’t understand (my point of view) very well cause she keeps mentioning anemics, leukemia, and stuff (etc…). She keeps bringing over quesadillas, soups, and offers me many times over tuna, chicken, meat (res), eggs, cod fish (bacalo-during Christmas time), but my sister and I just politely decline and thank her. My dad is concerned about protein matters, he’s a body builder. All these recipes here look very appealing and want to make many of them but will have to make time later. We have made things though, but because of time we have been buying foods like, Two moms in the raw, Larabars (apple pie, cashew cookie :some of them aren’t completly raw though). :)</p>
