Login to Community Signup for an account Login using Facebook<p>Hello, inspiring (and aspiring) raw food people—I’ve been around raw for a long time, but it was the old Natural Hygiene days when the food was very plain and hard for me to warm to (pun is incidental). I’ve been vegan for quite awhile but only recently committed to a high-raw diet. I genuinely love the food, the way I feel, and this site. I wish it hadn’t taken so long, but perhaps everything is always at the right time.</p> <p>I’m an author (Creating a Charmed Life; Fit from Within; Fat, Broke & Lonely No More…), speaker, and spiritual-life coach; married; and I have a daughter (24), stepdaughter (21), and stepson (19). My daughter is a lifelong vegan and my husband is a vegetarian who eats a lot of the raw dishes I make.
