In this episode of The Raw Food Podcast I have my first guest on the show - my husband, Cameron. He is a high-raw vegan, but he brings a more practical perspective to healthy eating.
He talks about how he started out as a vegetarian, and then moved to vegan and now to high raw.
He brings a practical perspective to healthy eating and shares some great tips on how to find balance in your life. He also provides insights into listening to your body and knowing what your body needs.
Please let me know whether you'd like to have more guests on the show in future.

You have amazing recipes! I have a small request. I have a hard time getting in all of my greens. Can you post more salad recipes? You mentioned in the podcast that you suggest only having a few ingredients. I would like to start having a salad or two everyday but I find them very bland and hard to eat. (Note: We never had salads growing up so I have very little experience preparing them myself.) Any salad suggestions and combinations would be greatly appreciated!
That was a really enjoyable podcast to listen to - my first one. I will definitely be listening to more, so thank you! The rest of your website looks great, too - I want to try a bunch of your raw recipes.
Welcome :) Thanks for your feedback Alison. If you try any of the recipes here on this site please do leave a comment below them to let us know what you think and if you made any substitutions and whether you liked the results. Thanks and glad to have you here
