My arthritis pain is greatly diminished, in fact, sometimes disappears, while eating high raw. I typically eat the same things in a given week:

Breakfast: Green juice with all raw fruits and veggies, about 20 oz

Lunch: I make my own pico de gallo and mix with an avocado (guacamole), or just mix with some hummus. I eat it with organic blue corn chips or raw onion bread if I have any.

Dinner: Green beans with garlic and onions, lightly sauteed; lightly roasted veggies, a big veggie salad, a fruit smoothie with organic coconut milk. I don't do desserts.

Raw food is, in my opinion, the healthiest way of eating. I find that while I only gt about 40-50 grams of protein a day, I don't find any lack of energy, excessive cramping, etc.
