I discovered the raw food diet almost 3 years ago. I jumped right in and started eating mostly raw foods. My health improved tremendously and I lost about 15 pounds in a month. Why didn't I stick to it? Mostly because of being hypoglycemic. However, I can't dispute the health benefits of eating mostly raw food and I want to slowly integrate a variety of raw food back into my diet.
