Login to Community Signup for an account Login using Facebook<p>I’ve been semi-raw for 25 years, starting out with Natural Hygiene (the precursor to today’s raw food movement).</p> <p>Back then there was no raw cuisine as such; people just ate raw foods “as is” and maybe got creative with salads, but that was basically it except for maybe a veggie loaf or some refrigerated date-nut treats.</p> <p>Today I’m still not 100% raw, but I’m about 90% raw. I enjoy steamed veggies and potatoes. It works for me.</p>
