Ingredients
4 cup pulp from carrot/parnips or/and celery root
1 cup sundried, soaked and pureed tomatoes
.33 cup flaxseed or oliveoil
½ finely minced red onion
3 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon onion powder
3 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoon cummin powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dark miso
Recipe Directions
Using your hands, mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl. Let sit for an hour or more for flavors to meld.
Best served just after warming in the dehydrator at 105 degrees. with every side you want.

this stuff is awesome. I don't use oil and it does just fine without it! so yum!
I also omit the miso :)
I love that it doesn't use nuts!

I Loved this recipe! I made it with jicama that I had on hand, chopped into rice sized pieces, and I added some olives as well. Served it up in Romaine leaves with fresh Guac. and Salsa. Yum!
