Creating Healthy Habits
1 young coconut, water removed and meat cleaned
1 ripe banana
¼ cup almond milk
agave , to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 apple (pink lady for multi color skin), cubed
1½ cup grapes
½ cup celery, sliced thin
¼ cup walnuts, chopped
½ lime, juiced
2 dash chai mix spice -, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and clove
Blend the first 5 ingredients in your blender plus spice. It should be creamy. Mix together the chopped apple, grapes and celery. Use a paper towel to make sure they are dry. Then mix in the walnuts and lime juice. Mix in the coconut cream mixture and then sprinkle with spice. Enjoy!
