3 kale leaves (stems removed)
1 apricot (pitted and frozen)
1 banana (frozen)
1 teaspoon maca
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 scoop Hemp & Flax Protein Powder (optional)
2 tablespoons coconut butter (optional)
1. Very easy, just put all ingredients in blender/Vita-Mix and Blend.
2. Add water as needed. You want this to be nice and thick.

All I have to say is Yum! This is a total pick me up!
I had this at 7am and didn’t even think about lunch or a snack until 3pm.
This is very filling, not to mention that I drank the whole thing!
