3½ cup Lettece
1½ cup Spinach
½ Cucumber, Peeled
1 Small Smith Apple
1 Comice Pear
pinch Soaked & Then Dried)Walnuts
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
I tend to layer the Salad as follows: Lettuce, Spinach, Cucumber (Thinly Sliced), then I pour on the Dressing (combine Lime and water, just enough to modify desired consistency, and Almond Butter), Top with Pear (Thinly Sliced) and Apple (Thinly Sliced).
I then squeeze the other half of the lime over the top of the salad, keeps the fruit nice and fresh!
