Recipe Directions

1. Use a blender or food processor to blend the dates.

2. Then add everything else.

3. Food process till you are satisfied with the smoothness. Enjoy!

The answer is this is a flexible recipe. Most raw food recipes are.

Just mix in what you think would be good. Substitute. Have fun.

You are your own gourmet chef or mad scientist, if you would prefer. It is difficult to mess up a smoothie.

Welcome :) Ah yes. I live off smoothies too...I actually made this smoothie tonight. And added a bit of banana... I love the part of being a raw vegan that is about having a certain array of staple ingredients that can be tossed together to make the most wonderful last-minute creation. It is borderline magical.
