Recipe for alfredo sauce:

2 1/2 cups unsoaked cashews
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon thyme spice
1 teaspoon sea salt

It is an excellent base, and keeps well in the fridge for 3 days or so. So glad it didn't disappoint :)

Did this! It didn't disappoint :) I like that it's alot so that it can make servings for the next day or for guests, make with extra zucchini. This is definitely something you could play with and add different flavors too. Thanks Rawtarian
