Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for for my pot-luck w/ non-Raw-fooders. I wanted fruit but with something extra... I added some coconut water also.

YUMMY! I actually made this this morning without having seen your recipe, logged on to post it, and lo and behold, great minds think alike :) I suggest throwing a banana into the fruit salad part, and a pear or some canteloupe is good, too. I guess any fruit you have on hand would be good. I saved a couple tbs of the coconut water to get the sauce smooth and blendy. Really really really good!!!
